Become a Food or Beverage Vendor
$300 + Ticket Split Fee for 3 days (Early Bird Price until March 31 2025)
10×15 Space Serving Food and/or Non Alcoholic Drinks. Since we are a Asia Food Festival we only allow food vendors who are selling Asia food. We provide a tent, a table, 2 chairs, signage/menu, shared sink and electricity for lighting with $300 booth fee. You will be required to fill out the Alberta Health Services Food Form with registration or your registration would be considered incomplete. There is a ticket split fee at our event please read the Rules of engagement page before registering as it contains very important information about operating at our event.
Artisan and Retail Opportunities
$300 for 3 days
10 x 10 booth space. Home based artisan business, and or product importer. You will get a 10×10 space for 3 days, and a table included in this $300 booth fee.
